Max's White

This specialty clay fires a grayish stony white in cone 10 reduction; at cone 5 oxidation; and bright white at cone 05 (raku). This is a medium-textured, low-shrinkage claybody designed for large-scale sculpture and tile work where thick cross-sections are anticipated. This clay contains a moderate amount of fine- and medium-mesh grog.
