Grog (20-48 Mesh) MEDIUM

Grog - Pre-fired ground clay added to “open” bodies to give texture and strength. Will assist drying by decreasing shrinkage & warping. Adds fired strength. Grog is typically added to buff & dark clay; Molochite is added to porcelain & other white clays. See Nylon & Sand. CAS#1332-58-7
